I work out every day, twice a day at the gym before and after work. The equipment is in good working order, but it could use some modernization, air conditioning, it's never crowded during my visiting hours, the interns are very helpful and the night receptionist is very polite and always willing to help. The gym is well located, and from my experience it's the best in the area.

The instructor team was very good, attentive, and the classes were very dynamic. The equipment could use some refurbishment. The operational support staff were very attentive and welcoming, with very friendly and helpful people, even though I had witnessed arrogance from some (flat-chested) students towards the girls; they always remained helpful.

Excellent place to work out! Air-conditioned bathroom with liquid soap and three hairdryers. The equipment is new. The staff and professionals are friendly and attentive.

First of all, the receptionist always treats students with professionalism and receptive communication; in addition, the teachers are excellent and always willing to help. The equipment is great and perfectly meets the need to work out before and after work.

First of all, I would like to commend the entire gym team, all the instructors, the receptionist Jessica, and Madruga, people who always treat all the students very well. That makes all the difference. The gym's infrastructure is very good. The best in the region. As a suggestion, I would like to know about the possibility of installing a refrigerator that sells drinks, such as sports drinks, water, whey protein, etc.

Nice gym, clean and with a beautiful view of the port area. It has a 20-meter swimming pool.
